Subinspector exam HC bar on appointment letters

LUCKNOW: The high court on Wednesday restrained the state government from issuing appointment letters to the candidates selected in sub-inspectors examination 2016 till next hearing.The court will pronounce a detailed order on March 30. A bench of Justice Rajesh Singh Chauhan passed the interim order on a writ petition moved by Manish Yadav and others.The petitioners had pleaded that despite having qualified all the three levels in the examination their names did not come in the merit list because of the standardization method applied by the government.They claimed that the said method was not required in the examination.
