LUCKNOW: The road under the Metro elevated stretch from CCS airport to Munshipulia is engulfed in darkness due to absence of streetlights that were removed during North-South Metro corridor construction but have not been restored.While local residents and commuters complain about various problems due to absence of streetlights, Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) and Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) passed the buck to each other. However, the stretches without shops were totally dark.Rajat Shukla, a resident of Kapoorthala, was injured last week on a dark stretch.
