CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth Rs 279.30 crore in Maharajganj district. He also inaugurated the office of Nagar Panchayat Chowk. He addressed the audience and said that we are going to construct a border road along Nepal, which will start from Maharajganj district. This route will take you directly from Maharajganj to Pilibhit and will also work to connect with Uttarakhand.

He added saying, “We are going to allocate funds for the four Nagar Panchayats here. It has been arranged. After April, the construction work starts here on a war footing, for this, the administration should start the process from now on.”

He said that the government is coming up with a policy for 16 districts, under which a medical college is going to be established in PPP mode to provide better health facilities. It also includes the Maharajganj district, “I heartily congratulate all the citizens of Maharajganj district on the occasion of the inauguration/foundation stone of development projects costing around 280 crores. Happy Holi to all of you on Holi.”

These 14 projects worth about 60 crores were inaugurated:

* Thutibari-Maheshpur Indo Nepal Border Roadway Project of 388.67 Lakhs

* Project of widening of NH 730S to Thoothibari road for 255.57 lakhs.

* Project of Integrated Special Secondary School Building for 1877.98 lakhs.

* Construction of large cowshed center construction project of Kot Kamharia at a cost of 120 lakhs

* 449.44 Lakh CHC Ghughli building project

* CHC building construction project of Gopala worth 602.87 lakhs

* 553.77 Lakh Government Inter College Project of Farenda Bhavan.

* 172.69 lakh Mahamaya Polytechnic Hostel Project

* Badhara Mir Pipe Drinking Water Project costing 140.55 Lakhs

* 280.80 Lakh Bansapar Bejauli Pipe Drinking Water Project

* Gonha`s Pipe Drinking Water Project costing 288.39 Lakhs

* Fulmanhan`s pipe drinking water project costing 356.59 lakhs

* Keshauli Pipe Drinking Water Project costing 215.84 lakhs

* Pipe Drinking Water Project at Narayanpur costing 250.02 Lakh
