Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has announced to protest in Lucknow like Delhi. United Kisan Morcha leader Rakesh Tikait said that the way we have besieged Delhi, we will also encircle UP capital Lucknow.

Tikait said that the United Front has decided that it will go across the country and put forth its point in front of the farmers. For its preparation, a big panchayat will be held in Muzaffarnagar on 5th September.

Tikait said that our fight is not with the BJP but with the Modi government. Rakesh Tikait said that we are not afraid of the allegations of the government. He once again made it clear that the agitation will continue till the government withdraws the three laws. He said that the government is not making a law for MSP. This is not only a movement for the farmers but also for the poor and labourers.

Regarding the protests in Lucknow, Tikait said that elections are going to be held here and we have many issues. It has the highest power in the country. Sugarcane is not being paid. The prices of crops are not increasing. We will also make Lucknow similar to Delhi. Tikait said that we have to make the state capitals also Delhi.
