Huge fall in crude oil, new prices of petrol and diesel announced in India

On Monday (20 September 2021), oil companies have not made any change in oil prices on the 15th day. The country`s largest state-owned oil company (OMCs) IOC has not changed the prices of petrol and diesel for the 15th consecutive day i.e. on 20 September 2021.

Let us tell you that there has been no increase in the price of oil since July 17, while there has been a cut in the prices. On the other hand, oil prices are stable for the last 15 days. There has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel for the 15th consecutive day. Earlier, on September 5, oil companies had cut petrol and diesel prices by 15 paise per liter.

Let us tell you that the prices of petrol and diesel are released by IOCL every day at 6 am. There have been two price cuts in the month of September. Before Sunday, the price of petrol and diesel was reduced by 15-15 paise on Wednesday. Earlier, the prices of both the fuels were reduced by the same. In the last fortnight till now, diesel has become cheaper by more than Re 1 per liter.

If you look at the oil prices in Delhi, then petrol is being sold at 101.19 paise per liter while diesel is being sold at Rs 88.62 per liter. Whereas petrol in Mumbai is Rs 107.26 per liter while diesel is 96.19 paise per liter. However, petrol-diesel is still being sold at a record level and in most cities the price of petrol is more than Rs 100 per liter and in many cities even diesel has crossed the 100 mark.
