All AAP leaders and members resolved to unite and stand by Kejriwal. Leaders claimed that people of Punjab had supported AAP and Kejriwal by making it the largest Opposition with 20 MLAs, which should never be forgotten. Participants expressed happiness over breaking of alliance by the Lok Insaf Party (LIP) with AAP on its own. The meeting was addressed by leaders, including state general secretary Ahbaab Grewal, state spokesperson Darshan Singh Shankar, Ludhiana urban president Daljit Singh Grewal and Ludhiana rural president Ranjit Singh Dhamot among others. Earlier, Kejriwal had apologised to Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia for levelling allegations of his involvement in the drug trade.
