Below (U-14) 45 kg: 1st Rajiv, 2nd Ramandeep and 3rd Ujasvi. Below (U-14) 50 kg: 1st Manav, 2nd Guntasn Singh Riat and 3rd Taranvir Singh. Boys (U-17) below 50 kg: 1st Ravi, 2nd Alok, 3rd Chahat and Nitesh. Below (U-17) 55 kg: 1st Arjun, 2nd Paras, 3rd Raju and Vishal. Below (U-17) 60 kg: 1st Nirbhay, 2nd Kirti and 3rd Aryan. Below (U-17) 75 kg: 1st Vishal, 2nd Harshit and 3rd Abhinav. Below (U-17) 81 kg: 1st Aryan, 2nd Jain Kheuta and 3rd Sahil Bhardwaj. Boys (U-19) below 60 kg: 1st Jatin, 2nd Gudu Singh and 3rd Gursewak Singh. A one-day judo competition organised here on Friday under the “Tandrust Punjab Mission” saw participation of as many as 60 boys, who battled it out in the U-14, 17 years and 19 years categories. The competition was organised at the indoor multi-purpose hall of the Guru Nanak Stadium by the local office of the Punjab Sports Department under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Sports, Punjab, Kartar Singh Sehmbey. Dr Davinder Singh from Civil Hospital, Ludhiana, was the chief guest on the occasion. Parveen Thakur and Navdeep Jindal, both judo coaches along with Darpan, Varinder Singh and Harmeet Walia assisted in holding the judo competition.
