LUDHIANA: Four days after robbery at an office of a biscuit distributor in Nirmal Nagar of Dugri, police have released sketch of one of the suspects on Friday. When the victim’s brother tried to give a chase to the accused, they opened fire at him. The bullet hit the car.According to official sources, two of the accused persons had covered their faces with a piece of cloth, while one of the accused had not. Thereafter, police with the help of the complainant managed to make sketch of one of the suspects, who is stated to be around 25 years old.On September 10, three robbers robbed Rs 3.75 lakh from a trader in Nirmal Nagar of Dugri. The police have sent the sketch to all police stations across the state to identify and trace the accused.The sketch has been prepared on the description given by the owner Paramdeep Singh.Additional commissioner of police (ADCP-II) Surender Lamba said police received a CCTV footage in which the accused have been captured fleeing after executing the crime.
