Patiala's chatwala beats Ludhiana’s pakorawala, declares income of Rs 1.20 crore

Despite being a wealthy person who even has constructed two party halls and on an average, he charges Rs 2.5 to Rs 3 lakh per function to supply different kinds of “Chaats”.Sources also claimed that since most of his sale and purchase is carried out of books, it is likely that the figure of tax evaded by him can rise further.
