Tanzanian student, driver held with heroin

LUDHIANA: The police arrested two drug peddlers, including a Tanzanian student, after heroin was recovered from their possession in Khanna on Friday.The two have been identified as Daniel Lukks Mitwewe, 24, of Tanzania and Gaurav Kumar, 22, of Ambala SP (headquarters) Balwinder Singh Bhikhi said, “At a check-post near Libra village on GT Road, a Maruti Suzuki Dzire car (HR01Y-5709) coming from Khanna side was signalled to stop. But instead it tried to speed away.
