The DMCH opened its OPD after 12 noon, keeping in view the rush. The OPD of Civil Hospital, which caters to the entire district, was shut and people were jostling with each other to see the doctors in Emergency. It was also a government holiday on the occasion of Kabir Jayanti at Civil Hospital. Most of the patients who were seen waiting for doctors were those who wanted to get anti-rabies vaccine. However, they had to return without getting the vaccine dose. Anjali from Kailash Nagar Chowk and Mukesh from Shivpuri were to get their anti-rabies dose today. After standing for nearly three hours, they went back. They said they would visit the hospital tomorrow to get the dose. This is very unfair
