Ludhiana, June 18The new weightlifting equipment was added to the existing one at the Ludhiana Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Club, Rakh Bagh, in Civil Lines here on Tuesday. The equipment, including multipurpose gym, dumbbells and weighing rods, besides articles worth Rs 1.25 lakh was handed over to trainees at a function organised at the club. Dr Iqbal Singh and Narinder Sharma Kala, chairman and president, respectively, of the Ludhiana Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Club were the guest of honour.
