AAP comes out in support of gurdwara committee

She said GLADA had sent a notice to demolish the Gurdwara but they opposed it. He has demanded that the notice be quashed and requisite measures be taken to resolve the issue. Now, the Chief Minister has asked the authorities concerned to take immediate steps in this regard.” Meanwhile, shopkeepers of Jamalpur Awana also submitted a memorandum to her. They said GLADA has sent notices to them as well. They said Harpal Singh Cheema should intervene to stop demolition drive. They said they are running the shops for the past 20-30 years. If GLADA demolishes the shops, the shopkeepers and their families will suffer as they don’t have any other source of income to meet daily needs, a shopkeeper said.
