The union is protesting against the suspension of five college teachers and issuance of termination notices to nine teachers. “The attitude of college authorities towards the teachers is not good and we are protesting against the same for their dictatorial attitude. The union had given time to the college management till Wednesday to take back the termination letters and since they have failed to do so, the union took out a candle march. I want the inquiry committee to conduct the inquiry in an impartial manner and submit the report.
