The suspects, reportedly upset over haphazard parking of cars on the road by visitors to the office, had also misbehaved with the staff in the course of verbal duel. The complainant, Kanwar Narinder Singh, Sub-Registrar, Ludhiana West, said the suspects barged into his office building around 1 pm when registration of sale deeds was being done and locked the gate of the office. When asked about the reason of their forced entry and causing obstruction in office working, they created a ruckus. “On making enquiries, the identity of the suspects was known and a criminal complaint was being filed against them,” said the complainant.
