The accused are Rahul Kumar of Grain Market, Mandi Gobindgarh, and Vinod Kumar alias Happy of Mandi Gobindgarh. Ludhiana: The city police have arrested two persons with a stolen bike. The police said a tip-off was received that the accused were roaming near the Cycle Market to sell stolen mobile from where they were arrested.
