Ludhiana, June 22A resident of Dhandari has lodged a complaint against Jatinder Kumar of Hardoi district in UP for raping her minor daughter. When they reached, they found Jatinder raping the daughter. Her mother stated she, her husband and son worked at a factory in Dhandari. On June 21 at 4:10 pm, her sister Sunita Devi called her up and told her that she was hearing cries of her daughter from her room. He fled the scene.
