Ludhiana, July 20The police have started taking action against shopkeepers and roadside vendors who cause a hindrance in the smooth flow of traffic. Charanjit Singh of Kot Mangal Singh was booked for keeping stands on the road near his shop that caused a traffic jam at the Rekhi chowk. Gaurav Dhingra of Pavitar Nagar had kept crates on the Dandi Swami road. Rajinder Kumar of New Shimlapuri had set up his vend on the Gill road. Harish Kumar of Janakpuri was running a cycle repair shop on the road.
