ThoothukudiGovernor Banwarilal Purohit will receive petitions from the people of the district during his visit to the city on October 12. The Governor would stay at the Government Circuit House, where he would receive petitions from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. from the people, representatives of NGOs and political parties, according to a press release.
