Undertrial escapes in Sullia

After he was produced before the court, the police accompanying him were waiting for a bus at Sullia bus stand to go back to Kerala. He was brought to Sullia for a court hearing for a case related to theft. The accused said he wanted to go to the washroom and escaped from the spot after jumping over a wall. Mangaluru: An undertrial who was brought to the court for a hearing, escaped after going to the washroom at Sullia bus stand on Friday.According to police, Aziz, 35, a resident of Ajjavara, was accused in a murder at Kasaragod and was jailed at Hosa Durga in Kerala.
