If opened, the health kiosks will be a blessing for daily wagers, autorickshaw drivers, street vendors and poor people, who find it difficult to reach hospitals. Various medical services were planned to be provided by health staff through the kiosks between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. The issue has already been brought to the notice of the deputy commissioner,” child health officer Dr Ashok H told TOI.He added that all the health kiosks will be opened by the end of this month. Accordingly, container-based pre-fabricated aluminum kiosks of 10x10x8ft dimension were brought in March this year.
