Karnataka: Woman files Complaint against Uncle for repeated Sexual Assault

Sexual Assault case registered in Bantwal, where the accused is a relative.
Mangalore Woman files a complaint of her Uncle assaulting her and forcing her for Sexual Intimacy. The accused name Purushotham, a close relative (Husband of her mother`s younger sister), of the girl, of repeatedly assaulting the Victim sexually by force and threatening to kill if she did not heed to his demand.
The accused also threatened the girl to kill her family members if she did not stand on his demand.
The victim is a college student staying with her relative`s house for the past one year and used to go to college from there. Accused Purushotham also resided in the same house.
From that time itself, Purushotham was forcefully assaulting the victim sexually.
