All Degree Exams Cancelled By Mangalore University Over Covid Surge

All the university exams are cancelled at Mangalore University.
With the rising covid cases in neighboring states Kerala, other states have alarmed themselves. Karnataka`s Mangalore University has decided to cancel all the degree exams until further notice. The university took the decision on Tuesday.
In a notice, the Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Ranjendra KV of Dakshina Kannada has ordered to cancel the examination of all the degree colleges affiliated with Mangalore University.
The decision has been taken to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 cases. Recently, Karnataka has reported 1,674 new cases, 38 deaths, and 1,376 recoveries on August 3. With that, the active case tally of the state is at 24,280.
