Bijnor: District magistrate of Bijnor Atal Rai has felicitated on Saturday 15 village heads for maintain swachcha standard here in their respective village. The village heads were felicitated only after a survey was conducted by the district level team.Giving the details, district panchayat raj officer Manish Kumar said, “We conducted survey to judge the work of the village heads. The survey was based on 11 points including ODF campaign, use of toilets, disposal of waste, garbage, and dirty water and status of schools and anganwadi centres.”
