The incident took place in Gogawan Jalalpur of Shamli on Monday. According to The Hindustan Times, police have lodged a murder case against accused Murli (45) for killing his wife Sudesh.

The incident took place in Gogawan Jalalpur of Shamli on Monday. According to The Hindustan Times, police have lodged a murder case against accused Murli (45) for killing his wife Sudesh.
Police have said Murli had demanded to have a salad along with the regular dinner. As the wife was busy with other work, there was a delay in serving him a salad, which led to an altercation between the two. As the argument escalated, Murli attacked his wife with a hoe (a farming tool) and hacked her to death while also injuring his 20-year-old son in the process. The accused then ran away from the scene. In the meantime, neighbours heard the screams and rushed to the house to find the woman in a pool of blood.
They took Sudesh and her son to the hospital for treatment, where the woman was declared dead. The son’s condition remains critical. Police have launched a search for Murli, who remains absconding.Live TV
