They have also ensured to keep a check on availability of blood in blood banks at all times and the doctors have been told to be alert.Dr PK Bansal, superintendent-in-chief, PL Sharma district hospital, said, “We have started preparations in the backdrop of Muharram and Dusshera clashing dates. We have reserved 10 beds in the Emergency ward and if need be, 20 beds in male ward and 10 beds in female ward will remain ready for any patients coming in.”Also, two Rapid Response Teams with five members each have been formed, which will go to the spot of any incident that requires health department’s attention.
