NCP has infested nation like termites: Revenue Minister Chandrakantdada Patil
| Saturday | 7th April, 2018
Indicating its eagerness for a patch up with the Shiv Sena, senior BJP leader and state revenue minister Chandrakantdada Patil lashed out at NCP leader and former deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar for his comments against its estranged ally.
The senior BJP leader said like ex-Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and former Maharashtra deputy chief minister and senior NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal, NCP leaders too would find themselves in jail.
Patil said Pawar's attempts to provoke the Shiv Sena would have no use as they would stay put in the government.
Speaking at the BJP's foundation day rally at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) on Friday, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis too paid his tribute to the late Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray for his commitment to Hindutva.
The Shiv Sena had returned fire through an editorial in party organ Saamna.
