To an outsider, the fashion and fitness industries might seem like two sides of the same coin. In reality, however, the two industries have very different standards of excellence when it comes to modelling. Understandably, the fitness world pegs a lot of importance to both diet and exercise, propagating the need to be healthy when it comes to both.
