OPINION: Upload complaints on website

They should also put on their website details of every complaint about illegal construction. If they do not do that, it could become an avenue for corruption. As soon as a complaint is received, they could mask the complainant’s name and upload it on the website along with details of action taken. It will put pressure on everyone and if someone does not take action, they could be in trouble. It is a very powerful move but let’s hope they put on the details on the website too.
