Mumbai ka DNA: Malad residents cry foul as auto drivers refuse to ferry them

I visit the Infinity mall about twice a month but while returning I never get an auto rickshaw. In about last 10 minutes around 10 rickshaw drivers have refused me a ride. This Saturday the DNA (Un)(fare) campaign team parked themselves at the Infinity Mall in Malad West. Hundreds of people visiting the mall were refused rides. We caught up with some of them. I visit the Infinity mall about twice a month but while returning I never get an auto rickshaw. In about last 10 minutes around 10 rickshaw drivers have refused me a ride. This is not the first time this is happening.—Aarti Shah, Doctor I visit the mall for groceries and household shopping. But about 15 drivers have refused to ply. I also asked traffic constable for help but he refused to help me.
