Divyanka Tripathi has urged PM Modi to take strict action against the Chandigarh rape case.

After the 12-year-old rape in Chandigarh, TV actress Divyanka Tripathi is scared to have a girl child now.

Yes, angry over the incident, the actress took to twitter and questioned the relevance of PM Modi’s campaign ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Andolan’.

She wrote,  “Kya Beti Bachao? Ab beti ko bachao. Bete ki chahat nahin hai, par ab darti hoon beti paida karne se. Kya Kahungi, kyu usey swarg se nark ki dehshat mein dhakela. (What about the beti bachao campaign. Now save the girl. I don`t desire to have a son, but now I fear having a daughter. What will I tell her that why did I pushed her to hell from heaven?

It seems like Divyanka is also a real life protagonist exactly to her reel life character where she plays a role of a fierce wife, daughter and a mother.
