Court orders action against rape survivor for turning hostile

The victim later tried to turn hostile by telling the court that she has not lodged any complaint against the accused. Though the girl was aged 15 years, 11 months and 25 days, the school certificate claimed she was 16.. The certificate was produced in court, and during cross-examination, it came to light that the girl was a minor at the time of incident. But by then, Mahadevaswamy had married the survivor. He had tied the knot two months after the their baby died.
