MANGALURU: Police from City Crime Bureau (CCB) on Friday busted a hi-tech online sex racket in the city and arrested two people.According to police, customers sought sex services on a website by dropping in their details, including their phone number. Both the men are pimps, police said.Police have shifted the two victims to a rehabilitation centre, and seized two cellphones, two two-wheelers and Rs 30,220 from the accused. Pimps would then make calls to these numbers and fix an appointment with women at an apartment in Kottara Cross in Bejai-Kapikad area.Acting on a tip-off that women were being sent to customers through online bookings, CCB police raided the apartment and arrested Jeevan Poojary, 27, from Padupalimar in Udupi, and K P Nagaraj, 27, from Hassan.
