Mysuru cousins end lives after tiff over 'chudidar'

Anu (16), a class X student and her uncle's daughter Kavitha (30) entered an argument over wearing "chudidar" in the evening hours and then left for their homes. MYSURU: A dissension between two cousins over wearing a chudidar, an Indian outfit, has ended in with both of them committing suicide one after the other in Kalabsavana Hundi, a village in T Narasipura taluk, Mysuru late on Wednesday. Anu may have slipped into despair and later took the drastic step inside her home. She too hanged herself from a tree using a cable wire. Sometime later she too was found hanging in the backyard of their house.

Anu may have slipped into despair and later took the drastic step inside her home. She hanged herself with a veil in a room, according to Talkadu police.Anu's parents were inconsolable as their only daughter ended the life over the trivial issue and after seeing her parents grief, Kavitha ran away from there. Sometime later she too was found hanging in the backyard of their house. She too hanged herself from a tree using a cable wire.
