Six critically injured after two buses collide at MM Hills

The private bus was on its way from MM Hills to Mettur while Tamil Nadu bus was ferrying devotees from Mettur to MM Hills temple.Locals who saw the accident immediately alerted the MM Hills police station and 108 ambulance service. Mysuru: Six people were seriously injured and 11 people suffered minor injuries when two buses collided on the fourth curve on Palar Road under the MM Hills police station limits of Chamarajanagar district on Wednesday morning. All the injured were taken to the various hospitals in Mettur district in Tamil Nadu.According to police, a private bus and Tamil Nadu State Road Transport Corporation buses collided on Wednesday morning. After providing first aid all the injured passengers were rushed to hospitals.According to police, the condition of six passengers is serious while others were discharged after being treated as outpatients.A case has been registered in this regard at the MM Hills police station. Police and the para medical staff rushed to the spot.
