MYSURU: The locked up ‘open’ well of Medaganane village in Hanur taluk of Chamarajanagar district sums up the summer anxieties of 30 Soliga families. “Some villagers were drawing water for the cattle. The traditional village well is their only source of drinking water.Medaganane village, 7km from MM Hills temple, sits in the middle of a forest.
