Nagpur: Jaripatka Police on Friday booked youth for allegedly sexually exploiting a girl for almost six months on false promise of marriage. On the basis of the victim’s complaint, police registered an offence under Section 376(1) of the Indian Penal Code against Khobragade. Between February 25, 2018 and August 26, 2008, he established physical relationship with her by promising to tie the nuptial knot. The 26-year-old stated in her complaint that Nakul Khemchand Khobragade,aresident of Flat No 3, Laxman Baba Apartment, Plot No 505, Lashkaribagh, Pachpaoli, befriended her. Even after the engagement ceremony,he refused to marry her.
