4 booked for creating ruckus at bar, threatening for money in Ashirwaad Nagar

Nagpur: Sakkardara police have booked 4 men for allegedly threatening a bar owner, demanding Rs 10,000 as extortion money and also ransacking the bar on Sunday night. They first accosted the complainant and made an extortion demand for Rs 10,000. All the four had reached the bar on Sunday around 9 pm carrying swords in their hands. Followed by the complaint of victim, Sakardara police have registered a case under relevant sections. Sandip Lakhanlal Banode (49) resident of Old Shukarawari owns a Premkamal Bar near Aashirwad Nagar on Ring road has lodged a case of extortion against the accused identified as Ramjan, Akshay Balbuddhe and their two accomplices.
