Nagpur: Yashodhara Nagar Police on Monday booked a young man for allegedly outraging the modesty of a school girl. Identified as Akram (21), the accused is a resident of Lal Zenda Chowk. Around 10.30 am on October 11,the14-year-oldgirlwasonherway to school.Akram came and caught her. After recording the statement of the victim, police registered an offence under Sections 354 (a), 354(d) of the Indian Penal Code, read with Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, against Akram He then outraged her modesty.
