NU agrees to shift exams on Eid-e-Milad

The VC said the affected exams would be held on the any of the coming Sundays so that other exams are not disturbed. In the morning, NSUI activists led by Aamir Noori, Abhishek Singh and Shadab Sufi held a protest at the NU over the issue. Exam officials had said that unless they received any instructions from the district collector or divisional commissioner, there will be no change.The stiff stance was adopted by the officials despite state government’s list of gazette holidays including November 21 as Eid-e-Milad.Kane said after reading about the flaw, he asked his subordinates to move the file for the reschedule.
