However, after paying salary of between Rs6,000 and Rs7,000 for a month or two it stopped payment from June.The despondent youths met Congress leader Atul Londhe who sent his aide Sandeep Deshpande to meet resident deputy collector Ravindra Khazanchi and Sitabuldi police inspector Hemant Kharabe.Deshpande said that Infotech owner Prashik Bansod had opened branches in Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Bhandara and Amravati. “Recently he had started a new branch and taken Rs25,000 from more youths. He did not take any cognisance of non-payment of salaries. We are sure that the inspector was given a bribe by Bansod. Khazanchi assured us to conduct an enquiry against the inspector within seven days,” said Deshpande.The Congress leader further said that the BJP-led government was not providing jobs to youngsters and its officials were conniving with fraudsters to dupe youths.Kharabe told TOI, “We have decided to wait for two days as youngsters are more interested in getting their money back. Bansod’s phone is switched off. If the issue is not settled amicably we will registered an offence and conduct investigation.”
