Nagpur: The case, in which the body of a 60-year-old man was found unconscious on the road-in which Ganeshpeth police preceded with an accidental death, has turned out to be a murder. Police have arrested accused Amol alias Burya Kharsade (23) resident of Pardi behind Bhavani mandir. On March 21, body of a 60-year-old Avinash Sitaram Dhenge resident of Cornelbagh was found unconscious on the road. He was rushed to Mayo Hospital. However doctors had pronounced him dead during the operating. Following which Ganeshpeth police registered a case of accidental death. However during probe, some other facts came to fore, informed police. According to police sources, on the intervening night of Thursday Kharsade and Dhenge were indulged in a fight following an argument over money. The duo, hurled abuses and later accosted each other. During the fight Kharsade pushed 60-year-old following which he fell back on his head on the road and lost conscious. Terrified due to incident, subsequently a 23-year old accused absconded from the spot. Police have arrested accused Kharsade under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
