Nagpur: Scrutiny of nomination papers for Lok Sabha polls was held under the supervision of district election officer and collector Ashwin Mudgal, and under election officer Shrikant Phadke in Ramtek * Nagpur: Six of 39 nominations rejected, 33 declared valid. Chandrapur : 17 nomination papers declared valid and four rejected. * Ramtek: Three nominations rejected, 20 declared valid. Gadchiroli-Chimur : Four nomination papers declared invalid, including independent Damodar Neware, Suvarna Warkhade from Gondwana Gantantra Party, Pawan Magare from Bahujan Samaj Party, and Diwakar Pendam from Bahujan Mukti Party. Rejected papers include Khushboo Belekar from Baliraja Party, Yogesh Jaiswal from Vishwashakti Party and independent candidates Anandrao Khobragade, Mansoor Shende, Nilesh Mahadev and Krishnaraj Nimje.

Sachin Shende from People’s Party of India in Ramtek constituency withdrew his nomination papers with independents Gopal Tumane, Deepchand Shende and Meena Motghare. Chandrapur : 17 nomination papers declared valid and four rejected. Notices to eight candidates for violating regulations. Gadchiroli-Chimur : Four nomination papers declared invalid, including independent Damodar Neware, Suvarna Warkhade from Gondwana Gantantra Party, Pawan Magare from Bahujan Samaj Party, and Diwakar Pendam from Bahujan Mukti Party.* Bhandara-Gondia: 23 nomination papers found valid, 11 rejected. They included Anil Bawankar from Nationalist Congress Party, Dr Parinay Fuke from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Manohar Bisanjeet Matte from Bahujan Mukti Party. Wardha : No invalid applications* Yavatmal-Washim: Seven nominations found invalid. 31 candidates left in the fray.
