RTMNU to confer Jivansadhana Puraskar upon Nuwal Channe Principal Correspondent : Ankush Shikshan Sanstha and Santaji Shikshan Vikas Sanstha adjudged as Ideal institutions The highest award instituted by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University Rashtrasant Tukadoji Jivansadhana Puraskar will be conferred upon well-known industrialist and President of Shri Ramdeobaba Sarvajanik Samiti Trust that runs Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM) Satyanarayan Nuwal and internationally-acclaimed artist Chandrakant Channe. The award ceremony will be held on August 4 at 9.30 am on digital platform. It is 98th Foundation Day of the University. Rakesh Sinha Rajya Sabha Member will be the chief guest of the function. Dr Subhash Chaudhari Vice-Chancellor will preside over while Dr Sanjay Dudhe Pro-Vice Chancellor will be the special guest. University had declared the awards in 2020 also but due to pandemic the function was not held. Name of Chandrakant Channe was announced for Jivansadhana Award for the year 2020. The award will be given to him this year along with Satyanarayan Nuwal. This year the awards for the year 2020 and 2021 will be given. Ankush Shikshan Sanstha will receive the award in the Ideal Education Institute category for the year 2020 while Shri Santaji Shikshan Sanstha will receive this years award.
