It is a regular practice to cut down city bus schedules during vacation. This staff is used to run buses on inter-city routes during vacation and then is brought back when the schools re-open. Like June 2017, the staff will not come back in June 2018 and instead the routes and buses will be cut down," the official added. When asked if the MSRTC was going to open up bus pass centers again during the next year, the officials said the pass centers - currently spread across all bus stands and in the select colleges and schools where they are held only in first week of every month - will be open next year as well."Pass centers are not an issue.
