While their mobile screen showed that the complaints were addressed and the works done, it did not get reflected in the dashboard that apparently led to confusion, they said.They even blamed IT department of the NMC for the technical snag.An official who was served show-cause notice said that notices were issued for all kinds of works related to files, app and grievances of people during the walk with the commissioner."The municipal commissioner said that the complaints should not resurface in seven to eight days. But in our status we can see the correct figures but it is not seen in the IT department," he said.Another official said, "We were issued notices because of discrepancies in our report and the one seen at the back-end. These are not getting tallied.""We have to give our explanation on Friday. We will check all the figures and the work done once again and will submit our explanation," said another official.The IT department officials, however, rubbished the claims of these officials about technical problems."The concerned departments themselves key in the data and submit the report.
