Sachin Patil appointed as new superintendent of police (SP) of Nashik

Sachin Patil now been appointed as new superintendent of police (SP) of Nashik. Issues of farmers and other crimes like house break-ins, dacoities, highway robberies etc. In the rural district will be among the major areas of focus for the new SP.

Sachin Patil now been appointed as new superintendent of police (SP) of Nashik. He had replaced Arti Singh , who now have been transferred to Amravati city on promotion as police commissioner.

Prior to this, Sachin Patil was serving as Mumbai SRPF Commandant since 2019. He also had served as DCP of Thanec city in Mumbai.

After Singh left charged, additional SP of Malegaon Sandeep Ghuge was holding the charge of  Nashik Rural Police.  Other new police officers who have been transferred in north Maharashtra are SP Pravin Mundhe and SP Manoj Patil.

Sachin Patil, the new SP of Nashik rural, would have major task in controlling the spread of coronavirus by ensuring that people wear masks and maintain social distance. Keeping the morale of the police personnel high at a time when a large number of cops are getting infected during the course of their duty.

Issues of farmers and other crimes like house break-ins, dacoities, highway robberies etc. In the rural district will be among the major areas of focus for the new SP.
