Ghaziabad: A 42-year-old school librarian was crushed to death by a speeding truck in Sihani Gate on Friday morning while she was on her way to the school. As he was taking a turn near Ghukna Mor, a truck came from behind and hit the motorcycle. The truck first hit the motorcycle she was riding pillion from behind and then it ran over her after she fell on the ground.The woman has been identified as Darshana Gaur, a librarian with JKG School in Nandgram. He lost balance and Darshana fell on ground and was crushed under the vehicle. Her husband Pramod Gaur said the accident took place at 7.10am near Ghukna Mor under Sihani Gate police station limits.Pramod, a resident of Duhai who also works with the administrative wing of JKG School, left with his wife on a motorcycle at 6.45am.They were travelling on the Meerut Road to reach the school.
