Removing Arthala lake squatters not easy: DM

If the authorities are going to remove these encroachers, then why a fresh initiative being made to help these people settle?” asked Akash Vashishtha from Spenbio an, NGO. However, the environmentalists who have taken up the cause of the conservation of waterbodies stated that there is no sign of people leaving.“We have recently seen a transformer being installed near the slums on the fringes of Arthala. If the authorities are going to remove these encroachers, then why a fresh initiative being made to help these people settle?” asked Akash Vashishtha from Spenbio an, NGO.
