We broke the organised gangs that were earlier operating in the area. We arrested several hundred criminals while some others surrendered in court. This has controlled the crime in the area,” he said.In Ghaziabad, a crime review meeting held on September 12 found that cops posted at police stations are quite slack in solving pending cases. Nearly 22 murder cases were yet to be solved.
